Event requirements
This event is conducted in accordance with Cascade Sports Car Club’s Road Rally Rules.
Online registration is required. Day-of-event on-site registration is not available.
All communication about the rally occurs via email. Watch for emails and respond promptly.
After completing online registration by the Wednesday, February 5, midnight deadline, you will receive instructions to complete the virtual check-in on Thursday. You’ll need to register your assigned car number in the Competitor Richta app, e-sign the required event insurance waivers, and confirm your team’s registration information.
Each entry team must carry a smart device (e.g., cell phone or tablet) running the most current version of the Competitor Richta GPS Checkpoints app. Instructions for downloading and using the Richta app will be provided as part of check-in.
All occupants of the vehicle registered for this event - driver, navigator, passengers - must e-sign the required event insurance waiver. The link to e-sign the waiver will be provided as part of check-in. For occupants under age 18, a parent or legal guardian must e-sign “on behalf of a minor”.
After you’ve completed these check-in steps, you’ll receive the route instructions on Friday. You will need to print them. Friday evening at 7 pm there will be a Zoom meeting to review rally rules and procedures and discuss how to interpret route instructions. This will be your opportunity to ask questions.
On Saturday morning, leave the start by your assigned out time. Follow the route instructions to the end. Rally officials will be available at the ending location to answer questions. Winners will be announced and prizes awarded soon after the last team finishes the rally. Results will be emailed Saturday evening or Sunday.
